All orders placed by 15:30 are dispatched on the same day using a next working day courier service. (Mainland UK Only)
If your order is over £85 + VAT and you are located in Mainland UK you will qualify for free next working day delivery.
If your order is under £85 + VAT the delivery charge will be £6.00, this will automatically be calculated and added to your basket for you. Orders with a value less than £10.00 will be sent out via Royal Mail which usually takes between 1 -2 working days.
Please Note: Courier do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays, if your order is placed by 15:30 `Mon – Thurs your order will arrive next day. Orders placed on Friday after 15:30 will be dispatched on Monday.
There will be a surcharge payment required for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Scilly islands. Please call or email us for a quote on delivery to these areas.
If you are unhappy with a stocked item you have ordered and it is in its original condition, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
(Customer must pay for return postage)
Please not any bespoke or non-stock items i.e. Printed boxes, cannot be refunded once order has been confirmed, for all issues regarding bespoke items please call our customer service team.
